- South Beach Inn is a non-smoking facility. There is NO smoking permitted in the buildings or inside the gazebo, tiki shed and the office.
- Pets are welcome at South Beach Inn. The additional pet charge is $25 per pet per night – see Reservation Policies for additional details.
- Facilities (rooms, gazebo, parking, etc.) and amenities (bbq grills, beach supplies, etc.) are for the exclusive use of registered guests.
- For the privacy and comfort of our guests, Professional/Wedding photography is not allowed on the property without the express written permission of the General Manager. Guests will be assessed a $350 fee for all unauthorized professional photography.
