Reservation Policy

Hotel Policy & Booking Conditions

Check-In is at 3:00 PM. At time of check-in guest must provide a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals. An earlier check-in can be requested for additional charge, depending on the time of year and occupancy.

Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.  ( A late check out can be requested and may be available depending on time of year and occupancy)

A one night deposit will be charged to your card immediately to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Per our policy outlined on, our own website and all other Online Travel Agency affiliated websites, a refund will be issued if you cancel 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival, less a $40.00 handling fee. A charge of the first night will apply if canceled inside the 72 hours before arrival. No shows and cancellation on day of arrival will result in a charge of the total price of the reservation.

9:30AM – 8:00PM.  After Hours Check-Ins are available anytime!

Pet Policy

South Beach Inn offers pet-friendly guest rooms that are able to accommodate a maximum of three pets under 25 pounds for a pet fee of $20 per night per pet.

Smoking policy

$250 for ANY smoking in the rooms

Event Fee

Event fees may be applied to the total cost of reservation.
