Reservation Policy

  • Check-In is at 3:00 PM (an earlier check-in can be requested for additional charge, depending on the time of year and occupancy)
  • Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.  ( A late check out can be requested and may be available depending on time of year and occupancy)
  • Reservations can be changed or canceled with 72-hour advance notice and receive a full refund of deposit with no fees.
  • Any cancellations or changes to a reservation made inside of 72-hours advance notice but outside of 24 hrs of check-in will result in a charge equal to the first night’s room charge.
  • Any No shows or Cancellations of any reservation nights with less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge equal to the entire reservation.Two-night minimum stay requirements apply to most holidays.
  • A one night deposit will be charged to your card immediately to secure your reservation.
  • No shows or less than 24hr notice will result in the total amount of the full reservation. Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled 24-hours prior to scheduled arrival or deposit will be forfeited.
  • Office Hours are 9:30AM – 8:00PM.  After Hours Check-Ins are available anytime!
  • South Beach Inn offers pet-friendly guest rooms that are able to accommodate a maximum of three pets under 25 pounds for a pet fee of $20 per night per pet.
